Shipping Policy

Shipping for all orders will be calculated at checkout. Available shipping options:

    • USPS First-Class: 3 – 6 business day
    • USPS Priority Mail: 2 – 3 business day
    • USPS Priority Mail Express (rush delivery): 1 – 2 business day

General Details

All orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service USPS. We pack and ship orders fast! We understand that delivering your supplies quickly is important, so we make our best to ship your orders as fast as we can.

Orders placed will ship on the same day if received by 3 PM Pacific Time. Orders placed after 3 PM PST will be shipped on the following business day.

Once we are done processing your order, you will receive an email notification letting you know that your order is complete. You can then log into My Account to track your order.

LOST OR LATE PACKAGES

In case your package gets lost, miss-delivered or delivered late, while we do our best to help you locate the order, we release our responsibility of delivering once the order has been marked as “Delivered” or “Accepted by USPS” in the USPS tracking system. Please contact your local USPS office for lost or miss-delivered packages. To file a claim, please retrieve your USPS tracking number from My Account page and present it to your local post office. Tracking Your order

Please allow 1 BUSINESS DAY (after your order has been completed) for the system to populate the tracking information for your order, then:

    1. Log into your account at MY ACCOUNT using your email address (or the username we sent you after you created your account) and your password.
    2. Under Recent Orders, click on the order number you wish to track
    3. Click the TRACK button on top to see detailed tracking information.
