TickleFLEX is an innovative insulin injection aid. It’s a simple device you can attach to your universal injection needle to make injecting a safer, more comfortable, more consistent and worry-free process.
TickleFLEX consists of a multi-functional hypoallergenic silicon molding with ionic silver anti-microbial additive. It is fitted to an ABS frame that includes spring members to ensure it fits all universal needles even where small size differences exist. It comes in a poly-carbonate case that protects the product and serves as a useful travel case.

- Allowing you to pinpoint the injection site by preventing needle from slipping therefore minimizing the risk of needle stick injuries.

- Preventing the needle from going in too deep due to its large pad area therefore substantially reducing bruising

Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is calculated in the cart page based on product quantity, overall weight and the address destination.
Free Shipping
Orders $69 or more will be shipped free regardless of the quantity or the size. All free shipping orders will be shipped via either United States Postal Service USPS (3-5 business days) or UPS ground (3-5 business days) whichever is available.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are also available in the cart including USPS Priority Mail Express and UPS 2nd-day & Next Day Service. Please enter your address in the cart to see live expedited shipping rates.
Shipping Carriers
All orders will be shipped via either United States Postal Service USPS or UPS depending on the shape/size.
We know that delivering your supplies quickly is important, so we make our best to ship your orders as fast as we can. Our goal is to send out all orders on the same day as long as they are received by 3PM local time.
Tracking
Immediately after the completion of your order you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
Lost or Late Packages
In case your package gets lost, miss-delivered or delivered late, while we do our best to help you locate the order, we release our responsibility of delivering once the order has been marked as “Delivered” or “Accepted by USPS” in the USPS tracking system. Please contact your local carrier (USPS or UPS) for lost or miss-delivered packages.

Refund Policy
- You can return an order for a full credit or refund for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Returns must be in new condition, and in the original packaging. Unfortunately due to the medical nature of the product we cannot accept returns for opened or used items. Should you need to return an item for a refund or exchange as a result of a mistake from our end or a product defect we will take full responsibility.
- Items returned in new condition with original packaging more than 30 days but less than 60 days after delivery date will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee.
- Items cannot be returned, replaced, or exchanged more than 60 days after delivery dates.
- Should you need to return or exchange an item as a result of a mistake from our end or a product defect we take full responsibility to resolve the issue a timely manner.
