Submit A Refund Request

• We will get back to you shortly with a return shipping label and instructions.
• A credit or refund will be issued within 24-48 hours after we have received the return item(s). You will also receive an e-mail confirmation with the details about the refund.

Refund Policy

• You can return an order for a full credit or refund for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Returns must be in new condition, and in the original packaging. Unfortunately due to the medical nature of the product we cannot accept returns for opened or used items. Should you need to return an item for a refund or exchange as a result of a mistake from our end or a product defect we will take full responsibility.
  
• Items returned in new condition with original packaging more than 30 days but less than 60 days after delivery date will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee.
• Items cannot be returned, replaced, or exchanged more than 60 days after delivery dates.
• Should you need to return or exchange an item as a result of a mistake from our end or a product defect we take full responsibility to resolve the issue a timely manner.
