EasyMax Test Strips

EasyMax test strips are for use with the EasyMax N, L, V, and V2 glucose meters to quantitatively measure your blood glucose (sugar) levels in fresh capillary whole blood samples drawn from the fingertip, palm or forearm.

EasyMax test strips feature no coding, tiny blood sample size, and reliable results. EasyMax test strips are simple to use. The EasyMax test strip utilizes Glucose Oxidase strip chemistry which accounts for galactose and maltose in the blood. Easy Max test strips allow for better handling unlike other strips and can be used only with EasyMax meters.

Shipping Policy

For all orders the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Available shipping options:

- USPS First-Class: 3 – 6 business day
- USPS Priority Mail: 2 – 3 business day (recommended), comes with $50 insurance
- USPS Priority Mail Express (rush delivery): 1 – 2 business day, comes with $100 insurance

General Details

All orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service USPS. We pack and ship orders fast! We understand that delivering your supplies quickly is important, so we make our best to ship your orders as fast as we can.

Orders placed will ship on the same day if received by 3 PM Pacific Time. Orders placed after 3 PM PST will be shipped on the following business day.
Once we are done processing your order, you will receive an email notification letting you know that your order is complete. The email will include a tracking number.

Lost or Late Packages

In case your package gets lost, miss-delivered or delivered late, while we do our best to help you locate the order, we release our responsibility of delivering once the order has been marked as “Delivered” or “Accepted by USPS” in the USPS tracking system. Please contact your local USPS office for lost or miss-delivered packages. To file a claim, please retrieve your USPS tracking number from the email we sent you following the completion of your order and present it to your local post office. Refund Policy

You can return your order for a full credit or refund for up to 21 days from the date of delivery.

Returns must be in new condition, and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns on opened packages due to the nature of medical supplies.
Items returned in new condition with original packaging more than 21 days but less than 60 days after delivery date will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee.
Items cannot be returned, replaced, or exchanged more than 60 days after delivery dates.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Report any damaged, missing, or short date, or wrong items to our customer service team by submitting a form on the Contact page.
We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number that you will need for the turn around. You will need your first name, last name, and order/invoice number to obtain an RA.
Print out the Return Authorization (RA) form and return it with the package. Packages received without an RA number will be returned to customer.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return item to us, unless return was due to an error from our end.

Shipping expenses in the case of free shipping will be calculated as shipping charges incurred by us. Once we have received and processed the return product a credit or refund will be issued within 14 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the customer.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

Please be ware that we don’t manufacture diabetic supplies. All diabetic or medical supplies are subject to manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact the manufacturer directly to resolve any quality issues. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any typographical or photographic errors from the manufacturer.
